We will guide you through a powerful, integrated flow:

• Fascia Self-Massage (Release): Targeted Myofascial Release using Tune Therapy Balls to melt away tightness, improve circulation, and hydrate your body’s vital connective tissue network.

• Movement for Mobility (Restore): UMA Mobility Moves designed to build core stability, enhance joint health, and restore fluid, resilient movement to your entire system.

• Embodied Meditation (Integrate): The workshop culminates in a deep, guided meditation to integrate the bodywork, connect deeper to your sacred vessel, and allow for deeper healing through stillness in the entire energy system (EE system).

You will leave with practical tools and techniques you can use at home for lasting results!

• Hosts: Terry Umarally & Cait Rainey both have over a decade of experience in holistic healing, specializing in natural movement and body bio-dynamics. They have been teaching yoga for 13 years and have extensive training with fascia techniques using the Tune-Up Fitness Therapy Approach.
